MDK 2 locks on leaving the game.

K, the game runs great on my PC at 1280X1024 while I am playing. The problem is when I try to quit the game and go back to the desktop my screen locks either black or grey with the music still going in the background. The only way around this is to ctrl-alt-delete and shut it down there. I should point out the game does this at at resolution. Anyone else have these probs?

wow i have a better computer than you cept the vid card i only have a tnt2 and i can only play 640x480, i guess glide code is better.

 

no i have not had any problems, cept alt tabbing doesn't change the resolution back but thats nothing really bad.

Wow really? I had to scale it back to 1024x768 now actually, seems the middle levels of the game are a little more graphically intense than the first levels. I get a steady 35 frames a second so it is really smoothe.
