Does anybody have Army Men WOrld War? Is it good? if yes, then does it work on w2k?

I just tried it on WinXP and the image is flipping and is kind of unplayable... I'm looking for a solution myself...
Funny thing, because Army Men - Air Attack works just fine on XP...
