Starlancer under win2k

The game always crashes at the same moment at the end of the second mission. Does anyone has the same problem?

I couldnt even load a mission up, it kept booting me out to the desktop. I returned it to the store.

128 megs of ram

in fact, it seems to come from a problem with audio drivers : after disabling all kind of advanced sound, it works.
