Help
I have w2k and installed HG2 and it won't work, it says "DX6.1 not installed", I have tried the "setwin95.cmd" and "imagecfg.exe" from my old NT4 CD, and it still won't work, it says "imagecfg.exe wrong for this system"
PLease help me in this matter. Thanks

rently there was a hack released by someone where you could change what version DX7 reports itself as. I did have it but it is now lost. The link to it was on the news section of this website some time ago so it may be in the archives somwhere.

simonrockley, thanks for your reply, I would love to play this game again and HG1. Right now I only play UT and it's fun, but need the Gears, lol...Please notify me if you come accross it. Altering the DX 7 ??, wil this affect any other proggies?

It's in the downloads section on this site.
