Fifa 2000 and Windows 2000 Final

Has anyone been able to run Fifa 2000 under Windows 2000 Pro Final.I have tried it but i get a not valid Win32 application notice each time i execute the game.then of course nothing happens.Is there anyway at all for this game to work under Win 2000?
