Die Hard Trilogy 2 and win2k

I"m running win2k professional with 128 megs ram and a tnt2 ultra 32 mb video card, anyone else encountre problems running die hard trilogy 2? It will run the config, but when i try to run the game it immediately says an error log is being created but i cant find it
