i downloaded the .sh.bin of Unrealtournament 2003 and for the life of me cannot get it to run. It keeps opening in a text editor so it won't let me run it. i also hearf about typing in a command or something but i can't figure out where. i have Red hat 9. ;( ;( ;( :x plz help me i'm a complete newb at linux. i tested it out a couple of times on a test box but then something happened, my partitions went out, i got partition magic, and the damn hp disks won't load xp back on. frown frown frown frown frown if u can help with that too i would be much appreciative although i'm getting win xp pro soon so i prly can fix that on my own.

Ok the first thing u have to do is give it executable permission.
for this open a console and move to the folder that contains your UT2003demo
then type
Code:
chmod 555 UT003whatever.sh.bin

once u have done that to execute it type:-
Code:
./UT2003whatever.sh.bin

If all goes well , by this I mean all your hardware is compatible it should start.
If not post the error messages here. wink
