Homeworld problem with latest Nvidia drivers

Okay, problem is that Homeworld refuses to use OpenGL, when I'm sure I've had it working before. It works through Direct3D on the 3.75 and 3.76 drivers, but refuses to accept OpenGL.

version of the game is 1.04.

Of course, if I'm wrong, then forget my query, but I'm sure I had it working before.
