Swat 3, anyone got it work in Win2k ?

i tried playing swat 3 ( amazing game ) it gives me the following error

" The application, , generated an application error The error occurred on 01/13/2000 @ 12:48:15.588 The exception generated was c0000005 at address F2BCC49D (<nosymbols> ) "

other games which refuse to work till now

1. Falcon 4.0 : patch 1.08 just doen't install's
2. Virtual Pool Hall : throws back to desktop
3. NFS 4 : This Program Can Be Played On Win95 / 98 only
4. Rogue Spear : Nothing happens when i try to execute

please help
