Omikron on Win 2000 b2195 (Final)

Has anyone managed to run Omikron: The Nomad Soul on Windows 2000 build 2195 ? When I run it it gives me an error saying : "Runtim.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program." I have a P2 system with TNT2 Ultra graphics card.
