Actually, 3.03 did not, but 3.36 did. Both AGP and D3D suport in RC2(2128) but - as someone else has written here somewhere - the Direct Draw test (dxdiag) showed no output at all.
Anyway, the D3D doesn't work as it should be. I've tried Homeworld and... yuck!
