Need for speed 4 - NO-CD check

In your NFS:HS steps you mention: "You may need to apply a NO-CD check patch to eliminate CD-check depending on your system." I have a problem with CD-checking and cannot seem to resolve it. Where can I get the NO-CD check patch? I could not find it on the NFS web site.
