win NT 4.0 and RHL 8.0 dual boot(Grub) ?

I'm using windows NT 4.0 server and RHL8.0 (Grub Loader)
I've firstly installed Win nt and then RHL8.0
while booting it shows nt boot loader.
and i'm booting RHL through floppy.
is it possible to dual boot?
how?

I am not familiar with Win NTServer, but I have dual booted my mahcine with Win2000 and RH8.0 using windows bootloader. Have a look at the document below and follow step 3 and 4.
