Help! NHL 98 on xp

Hello,

I just wanna play this game again, but it doesn't run. It installed without a problem, and when i try to run it nothing comes up. however, in task manager it show is under processes.
I don't know what to do, I would appreciate if anybody would be able to help.

You could try running it in Windows 95 compatibility mode.

If that doesn't work then you'll have to try running it in a VM since that's what I had to do for NHL 99.
