2k and 2k Adv. Server

hey I was wondering. is there any big difference in operation from Windows 2k Professional and Windows 2k Advanced Server? What are the differences and is one better than the other. Does anyone recommend one the other? I am not doing anything in particular I am just contemplating the idea.
