Very Weird Hardware issues..

Ok, so on my PC i have Both windows 7 64bit, and windows xp 32bit... on 1 computer, 2 different hard drives ..

All of a sudden when i boot to windows xp , my usb devices arent workin.. like my usb mouse, appears to be powered but its not moving when i get to the account selection screen.. but my usb midi keyboard.. isnt powered... my usb keyboard isnt responding to anything either...

firewire soundcard seems to be powered as well ....

Now.. if i goto windows 7.. same computer different hard drive... everything works fine.. midi keyboard is powered, same usb mouse works fine.. keyboard responds..

can someone help?, please
