Need "exctrist.exe" originally in W2K resource kit

MS in their infinite wisdom posted a fix for an error message in their knowledge base but failed to make the necessary prg available except in the Win2K Resource Kit.

I need "exctrist.exe" . OR I need a fix for error 3101 which says that the "sys can't read from NBT device".

I don't want to shell out the $ for the RSK for which I only need the 1 executable.
