Setting up print quotas for users on a network

I was wondering if there was a way to set up
print quotas in win2k for other users (such as Guest accounts), specifically when sharing on a network full of win9x users.
I have searched through the help files and have come up blank. I know how to setup print sharing and disk quotas, but can't figure out print quotas. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
