External Iomega Zip-100 USB and Win2k

Ok, something strange is going on with my system. Whenever I boot up my computer with Zip Disk loaded inside my zip drive, I always get KMODE exception error. Anyone having this same problem?

System Spec:
Windows 2000 Server
Abit SA6R
Intel P3-933
Micron 512mb PC-133
IBM 30 GB & 45 GB in RAID 0 (total after RAID is 60 GB)
SB Live!
Creative Annihilator 2 (Geforce 2 GTS)
