QC Pro (beige) & Win2k

I noticed that the 4.1.1 drivers can work with this cam and Win2k. I downloaded the drivers from this site and only have half success. After I say yes to the digital signature it fails saying:

The name is already in use as either a service name or a service display name.

Any tips and how I might get by this?
