gravis xterminator non-digital driver problem

the drive at the link above gives me a ntgrip error every time i try to play a game even in no one lives forever (I got joystick disabled on) and I don't have a USB version.

the main page list the gravis as working good using the drivers link below but the link does not work.

Do you have a virus scanning while you're using the gamepad, cuz I know that I would get the BSOD for ntgrip.sys because of norton antivirus having the autoscanner enabled. Once I disabled it, no more BSOD

i don't even have a virus scanner on windows 2000 yet, and i uses InoculateIT. the main page lists drivers for the xterminator that uses a 15 pin game port, but i can't find them.
