Hello tech editors!

The Athlon officially relaunches with the new Athlon II X2 250 CPU, and like
many of you Neoseeker has published its own review for one of AMD's latest
Socket AM2+ offering.

Quote: "This baby was born by applying all the tweaks that the Phenom series
received to the existing Athlon dual-core architecture. However, compared to
the Athlon Kuma, it does not feature L3 cache but has a full 1MB of L2 cache
per core instead of 512kB on current Phenom IIs, for a total of 2MB. The
other big difference is that it does not features an unlocked multiplier.
From now on, the Black Edition versions will be reserved to the Phenom II
series. This means there will be no unlocked Athlon II."

Thanks as usual for any linkage, we hope your readers will continue to enjoy
our articles!
