Cas 3 @ Cas 2 with mushkin PC 133

I just bought a stick of PC133 RAM by mushkin (256MB PC133 Athlon Tested)

It doesn't explicitly say CAS 3...but since it's not REV2, I assume it to be CAS 3.

I've heard of this memory easily going to CAS 2....but I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this.

System will be overclocked to 150 FSB.
OS will of course be Win2k.
