This is the first release of the _unstable_ 2.27 series of gnome-applets
releases. Unfortunately not a lot has happened in this code yet. A full
ChangeLog follows this message.

Null Applet:
- Remove debugging code (Callum McKenzie).
- Mark the applet names for translation.
Stickynotes Applet:
- Add scrollbars if the note gets too large for the screen (Dennis Hilmar).
Weather Applet:
- Protect against crashes when the locations file is missing (Callum
McKenzie).
General:
- Added a DOAP file for the project.
- Trigger timeouts at second boundaries for efficiency (gQuigs).
- Uneeded duplicate images removed from the documentation translations.
