Thoughts on Tyan Trinity 400?

Does anyone have thoughts on the Tyan Trinity 400 motherboard. It seems like a good idea because it has a slot 1 and ppga370 socket, to make it easy to upgrade in the future. If not, should I go for a slot 1 or ppga board. I heard the trend is moving toward ppga processor type now.
