I have serious problem, windows is not loading in normal mode but it loads without problem in safe mode.
Computer was checked by computer specialist (He said that everything is ok and he dont know why windows is not loading)
Hdd was formated and windows was installed about 15-20 times last month. Even after reinstall windows dont want to load normally.
Hardware checked:
VGA, HDD, CPU, RAM, wires, that thing which produces power to pc (I dont know how does it call in English) Bios and other motherboard stuff was rewritten new.
No problems found.

XP stops loading in this place
http://www.bartdesmet.net/images/bootlogo_xp.jpg
and after that you can wait for hours, until you push restart.

XP does not show any errors

Soft is new, so it should not be a windows problem, hardware is almost all checked too.

Any ideas where the problem could be?

Oh and I forgot
After first time it happened, it was a blue screen with message

A problem has been dected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: PartMgr.sys

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xF8A414AB,0x00000000,0xF8A414AB,0x00000000)

*** PartMgr.sys - Address F8A414AB base at F8A3F000, Datestamp 00000000

I have already posted this topic in other forum, and there one guy offered to me so solutions but non of them worked.

A 0x8E seems to indicate some ram issues, take a look at this Microsoft KB search for more information.

It found 25 matches but I think the top finds are most likely going to help you.

I would recommend getting Ultimate Boot CD and burning it to a disc and running that. Then from the menu select Motherboard Diagnostics and Memtest and see if this finds any faulty memory sticks.
No matter where you go, there you are...

If you have 2 memory sticks, try 1 at a time.
Sound like a memory problem to me.
