WinTV USB Problems

I recently purchased the WinTV USB FM from Hauppage. Everything went fine until I tried to get the TV bit working. First, I could get some audio, then I fiddled with the drivers and now nothing works. I was forced to reinstall recently, but basically the radio works fine but the TV not STOPS services under 2k and you have to reboot. Help !
