Diamond Viper v330 (Riva128)

I can't my Diamond Viper v330 (Riva128) card to recognize with the Direct3D drivers. When I run "dxdiag.exe" it says D3D not enabled. This is for sure a D3D card... it worked under W95 and W98. Why not 2000? I have tried directx 7.0 and 8.0b.

Any help would be appreciated...
