"Sometime back, I stumbled upon this piece that I personally felt raised
some interesting issues. Obviously by the time this article posts, these
requirements may have changed, but the biggest issue concerning Redmond
remains. Why is Microsoft making it so unpleasant for their customers to
use the OS of their choice?"
