too many users in PhbPB !

Greetings to you!

recently i downloaded the PhpBb forum soft..then i installed with Postgresql in my small network, but frequently i am noticing that it is giving error saying that too many users

how to fix this

any idea

i have my forum running mysql and haven't had any problems
