print queue is not clearing

hi guys

i have installed two star 543 receipt printer with edimax print server to my win 2003 server. after printing the job remains in the queue showing the status as "sent to printer" . each time i have to manually clear the print queue. after some googling i got the info to uncheck bidirectional printing.i did that and after that it is not printing at all. job will go to the queue and after a second the status will show" deleting".
so again i have to check that bidirectional option. no problem with printing..but the queue will be full and everytime i have to manually clear the list.

please help me
