I can't get any Direct3d games to work. When I go to dxdiag it shows:

DDraw Status: Enabled
D3D Status: Enabled
AGP Status: Enabled

When I run the Direct 3D tests
The Direct 3D test show some horizontal lines in between the square box of DirectX printed on it. They are flickering. So when i play Counter Strike the man in front of me vanishes.

How can I fix this problem?

AMD 3200+
1 GB ram
Motherboard MSI K9NGM2
Windows XP SP2
DirectX 9.0c

MSI company from Delhi gave me brand new Motherboard but still having same problem. I have installed latest VGA drivers along with latest BIOS.

PLEASE HELP!? I'm desperate!

Ik, what graphics card do you have installed? You missed that off your hardware list above?
