Windows XP Home Edition
system model: E-2000
Processor: Intel[R] Pentium[R] 4 CPU 1.80 GHz
System Memory: 1256MB Ram
Intel[R] 82845G Integrated Graphics Controller

It should be, provided that you have an available PCI slot. While it looks like a good deal ($35), it's nothing insane, so you shouldn't have any problems with it.
