Does Intel 945 Express Chipset support extended desktop (attaching multiple monitors...TV)?

Lenovo Y500 Series
Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600)
Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset
80 GB HDD,512 RAM
