Sims 2 graphic compression

Can somebody help me??? I have the sims 2 and the graphics are great! untill all the sims' clothes and other objects start to compress and it looks like "mush". Why is this????

Hi Huntsgirl,
It isn't that people on here are ignoring your question. I just think like me they aren't sure how to fix the problem. Have you tried contacting tech support from the software company and asking them why it is happening.
