Starcraft installation problems

Hey,
I'm trying to re-install starcraft on to my pc XP. I accidentally uninstalled it. But the soon as it starts installing, it (just the installation not the computer) freezes at about four bars (the ones marking the installation progress) into it. Can any one tell me if I need to download something or turn of a program that may be blocking it?

The CD should be good it worked before I uninstalled it and also others have used it to install the game.
