HI, i have been playing on my sims for quite a while, but something came up during gameplay. I had to uninstall it all. so i did, i then re-installed it. Everything good so far. when i loaded it. The logos EA & MAXIS came up as did a short video, after, a screen came up (the loading screen)after a few secs it CRASHES and goes straight to my desktop, the sims i was planning to play, has now been shut down. it happens every time.
HELP ME PLEASE
