I noticed on the Vista box at the stores that the Upgrade works on W2K Professional. Is the upgrade possible on the Windows 2000 Server? Has anyone attempted it?
Thanks for your input.

You are able to buy the upgrade pack, but you have to do a clean slate install.

Windows 2000 (any) doesnt support upgrade. Sorry

You can only upgrade Windows 2000 Server to Windows 2003 Server.
You can upgrade from Windows XP Pro to Vista Business or Enterprise or Ultimate (clean install if upgrading to Vista Basic or premium)
You can upgrade from Windows XP Home/MCE to Vista Basic or Premium or Ultimate.
