cloning an Intel ICH5R raid drive

I need to clone a Win2K server's hard drive. It is an SATA ICH5R setup. Ghost does not want to recognise it. What would be the best method? Does Acronis handle this?

You can download a demo of Acronis that will let you know if it can see your controller.
