my problem i am from canada and my dad came from a trip to the states and he bought me a gamepad and it said software and instructions are included but there were no software or instructions plz tell me were i can get this software
my game pad is a wirelesswave game element #gge910

Are you plugging this device into a USB 2.0 port?
