I've just bought a new computer in Spain (which obviously is now in Spanish). How can I change XP to run in English? I didn't get a disc copy of XP with the PC so do I have to buy a new English copy?

Everything you need to change will be found at Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.

The Regional options will change language but will not change the XP's fundamental menus, windows, start menu. You -have- to buy the English version of Windows XP if you want it all in English, Windows itself is not multi-lingual, it comes in specific language versions.
