Sims 2 - Voice2.package installation error

Can anyone help me get my game installed?

Everytime I try to install the game I get an error saying it can't install voice2.package.

I've tried exchanging the game, reinstalling, cleaning out registry, making a folder on C: called disk images with disk1 - disk4 folders and copy the files into them but that didn't work.

I can't get passed this error.

I have a copy of my dxdiag file attached.
