Problem with Resident Evil 1 on Xindows Xp

I have Windows Xp and just managed to install Resident Evil 1. I used the windows 95 compability to get it working but it seems the probelms dont stop there. The controls arent working properly. The player is moving round round by him/her self.It seems the down button is stuck.Also only the down and right arrows are working.I cant tell much cause its anoying palying it this way. I dont know if its an option i have to change only or do I need some patch?

I can run this game in Non-3d card mode. but my 3d card is Geforce Go 6150. i try to selected the other 3d card in the game but i can't choose any! pls help
