Can't even install FIFA 2000 in Windows XP

I put my CD in the drive and it gives me a menu where I select Install. Nothing happens. I go to Setup folder on the CD and try to run setup.exe from there, same result. I have Windows XP and have tried Win 95/98 compatibility mode without help. What I do now?

Found something related to this from Google but no solution. frown
