ok so heres the deal, the sims 2 has worked on my computer before but then i got a new one and now it wont work. when i try to download the game it will go to about 19% and then say problem transfering 'TSData\Res\Sound\SFx1.package\ would you like to cancle or retry it. when you retry it, the % will go up by one and then when you get to 100% it just doesnt work. so please if anyone has had or knows how to deal with this problem. please help me figure it out, i would appreciate it.

i have the same problem and its making me very angry. i bought a new sims 2 expansion and i cant put it into my computer w/out the sims 2 original game installed. when i go to download the sims 2 it downloads 15% then it says tsdata\res\sound\voice.5package. you can either retry or cancel. when i hit retry the % goes up a little but then says the same pop up again. ive hit retry all the way up to 100% and that didnt do anything for me. i need help im frustrated!
