bit of help with video card plis

i have a p4i45gv motherboard and want to get a graphics card for it. i have seen the support list at asrock.com but i have no idea if any of them are 256mb cards and that is what i am looking for so if anyone has any suggestions?

Here's a couple cards, not on the list, but compatible with your mobo anyhow. I like EVGA because they have a good track record, and the best warranty in the biz.
