I've searched the net using Google and the only error message I could find that is close to that one is for OxC000009a. Maybe someone else can have better luck then I did.

Googling 0xc0000094 Settlers IV, offered some tips:

Quote:

1: Uninstall S4. Clean registry. Reinstall S4, patch it.
2: Apply following compatibility mode for S4 shortcut/executable: Win 98/ME, turn off themes.
3: Uninstall S4. Clean registry. Reinstall S4 WITHOUT movies, patch it.
4: http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;303032

There are TONS of registry cleaners, some work, some don't.

Crap Cleaner, for instance, has one.
