window installer problems

I'm having this problem the window installer pops up tells me its installing or the creativeproject comes up and than it say to install disk i gooing crazy trying to find this problem help

There are times when you install something and then back out of the setup. Occassionally, this install is placed in the win.ini file in your \Windows folder. Sometimes, these things are also found in your startup folder.
