Sharing between XP and VIsta partitions

Hey windows gurus.

I have a dual boot vista and xp machine and would like to share files between the partitions. The problem that I am running into is that my user id (S-1-5-80-95600......) is different on the two machines and I can't figure out how to explicitly give the guid permissions via the security tab.
