Hauppauge wintv 2000 - xp OS

After downloading wintv 2000, when I try to use it I receive 3 warnings, as follows:

error cannot locate capture files Hauppaugewintv usb capture (NTSC)

cannot build filtergraph

wintv initialization error hTV=0

Can any kind soul help me out?

Thanks a heap for the response, wilhelmus. I have tried the recommended procedure several times witout success. The computer refuses to recognize that the program has been installed. It reports no software. Oh, woe. Maybe something else in the computer causing the problem?
